Bahar Önderol began her career journey after earning her Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from I.T.U., driven by the ideal of becoming a "sought-after expert." However, as her career advanced, she discovered that the key to success lay not in technical mastery alone, but in understanding people, managing relationships, and cultivating a strategic vision. This realization became the first pivotal moment, marking her transition from engineer to leader.

She had the opportunity to put this new perspective to the test when she became a manager at age 30, taking on the challenge of instilling a customer- and solution-oriented approach within a team accustomed to a product-centric mindset. It was here she experienced firsthand that leadership was not merely about achieving targets; it was about managing resistance to change and inspiring teams. This experience solidified her transition from a "manager" profile to that of a true "leader."

Over the next 20 years, Bahar held key leadership roles at global technology companies like HP, HPE, BEA Systems, and IDS Scheer, as well as at leading local system integrators. In these positions, she built successful teams from the ground up and managed complex structural and cultural transformation programs. She spearheaded strategic initiatives that drove organizational growth and enhanced performance. This deep corporate background provides her with an invaluable "insider's perspective" on the complex challenges and opportunities that modern leaders face.

As she began to take on more senior leadership responsibilities, Bahar developed a keen interest in philosophy and psychology. She was particularly influenced by existential approaches, cultivating a deep interest in understanding and nurturing human potential. Seeing firsthand, as a leader, how guidance and support could transform lives played a pivotal role in shaping her second career, prompting her to transition into professional coaching. In 2018, she stepped into her coaching career after training with world-renowned institutions like Adler, CTI, and CRR Global.
