With over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology sector, she made a bold shift in 2018 to follow her true passion—unlocking human potential through professional coaching. Her mission is to empower executives in the tech industry to develop critical leadership skills, navigate career transitions with confidence, and achieve lasting success.
She offers a range of coaching services, including one-on-one executive coaching and group coaching programs and workshops designed to foster leadership development within organisations. Her expertise spans key areas such as leadership styles, delegation, emotional intelligence, effective communication, motivation, time management, negotiation, and relationship management.
In addition to leadership coaching services, she supports professionals who feel stuck in their careers, helping them overcome obstacles, define a values-driven career path, and achieve meaningful transformation. She employs a unique career design methodology rooted in Design Thinking principles, guiding clients to envision and realise their ideal career path.
She holds prestigious credentials as an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Professional Coach (PCC) and Adler Central Europe Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC). Her training includes individual and team coaching certifications from renowned institutions such as Adler Central Europe, CTI, and CRR Global—all ICF-approved. She also completed Adler's "Advanced Coaching Accreditation Program." In 2023, she was recognised as one of the top ten coaches in Istanbul by the Forbetter Institute.
Before transitioning into coaching, she spent 28 years in the technology industry, where she held leadership roles at global companies like IDS Scheer, BEA Systems, HP, and HPE, as well as prominent local firms like Gantek and Inova. She led successful teams and spearheaded structural and cultural transformation initiatives that drove organisational growth and performance improvements.
She holds a master’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. Beyond her professional life, she is passionate about philosophy and psychology. She is also a proud mother of a 27-year-old son.
