Our LeadAhead Development Program empowers managers to embark on a journey to unlock their true leadership potential.  Through this transformative program, we guide participants in cultivating essential leadership skills that align with personal values, corporate values, and leadership principles.

By integrating training tools and coaching techniques, managers gain practical skills in influencing, effective communication, conflict management, time management, trust-building, giving and receiving feedback, and empowerment leading to a profound shift in behaviour and attitude.

The program is divided into three sections, each dedicated to exploring and developing different facets of leadership potential. By engaging in this comprehensive program, your company stands to benefit greatly:

Section 1: Value-Based Leadership

In this foundational section, leaders delve into their core values to inspire and empower others. We will guide managers in developing leadership principles based on personal and corporate values.

By aligning personal and organizational values, they will create a culture of commitment, belief, trust, excitement, enthusiasm, and happiness. Managers will define their personal mission and vision, establish leadership principles that align with corporate values, develop skills in bonding and trust-building, promote empowerment and growth, and master effective time management and delegation.

Duration: 18 hours of group coaching, plus 6 hours of reinforcement group sessions, completed within 16-18 weeks.

Section 2: Leadership for Change

The leader is the force that enables the emergence of creative tension and prioritizes and propels change to reach the common vision. The leader's job is to manage this tension. In other words, it is to show the success of taking the organization to a higher dimension by overcoming the situation it faces. True leaders are agents of change, embracing the pivotal role they play in transforming organizations.

In this section, managers develop the skills to mobilize ongoing change, foster a culture of learning, and drive continuous progress and improvement. Key areas of focus include self-management, effective communication, relationship management, motivation, inclusive leadership, giving and receiving feedback and emotional resilience.

Duration: 15 hours of group coaching, plus 6 hours of reinforcement group sessions, completed within 14-18 weeks.

Section 3: Moving Toward Artful Leadership

In this final section, managers effectively leverage their leadership skills, strengths, and personal style, integrating their leadership competence with their authentic selves. Through topics such as leadership styles, persuasion and negotiation, conflict management, discovery of the creative essence, and balanced utilization of mental, emotional, and spiritual intelligence, managers reach new heights of leadership excellence.

Duration: 15 hours of group coaching, plus 6 hours of reinforcement group sessions, completed in 14-18 weeks.
