The Career Coaching Process

Building a fulfilling career requires clarity, strategy, and a plan. Inspired by Design Thinking principles, we apply our framework to help you strategically design your professional path. The process is customized to your needs and typically moves through these phases:

  1. Discovery & Self-Awareness: We analyze your strengths, values, and motivations to form a clear picture of your career potential and define what an ideal work environment looks like for you.

  2. Strategy & Action Planning: We generate and evaluate alternative career options, clarify your goals, and create a structured, actionable roadmap to guide your transition or advancement.

  3. Implementation & Branding: We provide guidance on strengthening your professional brand, refining your resume and LinkedIn profile, and developing an effective job search or promotion strategy, including interview preparation.

Career Coaching Process

Duration: A typical coaching engagement lasts between three to six months to allow for deep, sustainable change.

Sessions: Sessions are one hour and can be conducted online or in person, based on your preference. To maintain momentum, we recommend meeting every two to three weeks.
